I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience. I blend evidence-based psychiatry with functional medicine principles to support adult patients with mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, trauma-related concerns, ADHD, burnout and more.
I have a strong clinical interest in mood disorders and am especially committed to helping individuals who have struggled for years to find a path forward. My goal is to offer fresh insight and thoughtful guidance, whether through lifestyle modifications, medication, or a combination of both.
I am currently in training with Psychiatry Redefined, a leading functional psychiatry fellowship program focused on optimizing mental health through nutrition, lifestyle modification, hormone balance, and a precision medicine approach. This includes the use of evidence-based functional lab testing to better understand what may be contributing to symptoms at both the mind and body level.
My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, with clear explanations and space for questions. With an appreciation for diverse cultures and a global perspective shaped by my upbringing and travel, I offer culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ inclusive care and can provide sessions in Korean if needed. My goal is simple: to help you feel understood while building practical, sustainable paths toward better mental health.
Thoughtful, integrative, culturally responsive psychiatry designed around your story, your needs, and your goals.
Begin with a 60 minute, in depth conversation that explores your history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.
Receive guidance paired with lifestyle strategies, so treatment supports safety and long term wellness.
Look beyond symptoms to consider sleep, gut health, hormones, and stress patterns that shape mental health.
We practice integrative psychiatry, which means we look at how your mind, body, and environment interact. Alongside medication when helpful, we discuss sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, gut health, and hormones. The goal is not quick fixes, it is sustainable change that fits your daily life and honors your values.
We recognize that culture, family expectations, identity, and past experiences all shape mental health. My interest in diverse cultures and global perspectives helps create a warm, respectful space where you can show up as you are. Sessions move at your pace, with shared decision-making so you feel safe, supported, and actively involved in your care.
